'Edge Apartments Cairns' is a registered trading business, which is wholly trading under Whitcliff Pty Ltd.

We have the sole agreement with 'The Edge' Body Corporate as 'On Site Manager' to handle the letting and caretaking activities for the Edge complex, since July 2010.  Whilst there are a number of other agent in Cairns who have been appointed to let out individual units at the Edge, as we have been appointed by the Body Corporate to act as the On Site Manager, we have our own dedicated office located in The Edge complex and concentrate only on letting out Edge units.

Since July 2010, we handle nearly 75% of the available Edge letting unit (some 10% of the units are unsold and vacant), with a further 10% owner occupied and 5% let by other agent.  We can provide full detail of the Edge rental market for investor's reference.  Please feel free to talk to us about your letting preferences.

• 90% of permanent rentals are from walk in tenants to the complex.  We can provide immediately show around to all potential tenants.

• Holiday Rental - unlike other non on site agent, we can also provide holiday rental with the front desk check in service, holiday booking hotline and also a tour desk. 

Unit Sales in 'The Edge'

• We also handle  re-sale of Edge units on behalf of owners. Our on-site manager is a licensed sales person, working under Queensland Property Agent regulations (Property Agent and Motor Dealers Act 2000) and our commission is charged according to the Queensland Government law.
